Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Branded QR Generator, operated by 3DConversions, LLC dba BrandedQRConversions.com. They are intended as a standard operating template for this service and should be reviewed by counsel before relying on them for legal advice.

Use Of The Service

You may use the service to create branded QR codes, editable QR destinations, QR landing pages, exports, and related campaign tools. You are responsible for your account, content, destinations, and compliance with laws that apply to your use.

Accounts

Account access may use Google sign-in. You must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and notify us of unauthorized use.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of logos, links, text, images, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited right to host, process, display, transmit, and modify that content as needed to provide and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, spam, phishing, malware, harassment, or rights-violating activity. We may suspend or remove content, links, QR pages, or accounts that appear to violate these Terms or create operational risk.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan features, prices, limits, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the product. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

Printed QR Codes

You are responsible for testing QR codes before printing or publishing them. We provide tools to improve scan safety, but print material, size, contrast, surface, placement, camera behavior, and destination availability can affect real-world results.

Service Changes

We may update, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features. We will try to preserve paid customer access in a reasonable way, but the service is provided as an evolving hosted product.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 3DConversions, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or reprint costs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms users, the service, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where 3DConversions, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
